Founder & President
Jonathan, an English-American visionary entrepreneur, began his career after earning a degree in Architecture in 2007. At just 21 years old, during the Global Financial Crisis, he strategically entered the UK real estate market, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate complex economic conditions and identify opportunities during periods of uncertainty.
In 2020, driven by a commitment to innovation and community growth, Jonathan relocated to Florida in the United States, where he founded our Tampa-based firm. The company specializes in managing and transforming underperforming residential, retail, industrial, and office properties into high-value assets, creating lasting value for tenants and the communities they serve.
